I have used many LED light therapy devices of varying shapes, sizes, and quality. This is a high quality, solid built device. This device is one of the few that will comfortably fit a larger face and head. It allows for a higher profile nose with comfort. It is easy to use and operate. There are three timed treatment settings which automatically adjust the appropriate LED- red, blue or infrared for anti-aging, acne treatment or skin tone. There is an additional setting for just cooling the under eye area for puffiness and bags. The sessions are under 10 minutes due to the intensity of the LED which is comparable to professional devices. It is heavier than more inexpensive devices, but I would recommend using while relaxing with your eyes shut due to the intense light and the fact that the sessions are shorter. The light intensity and the eye cooling pads do have adjustable settings, but even on the lowest settings are strong. I almost missed the accessories under the top tray which include the charger ( I used a different c style charger) a additional eye pads if the fixed ones don't make enough contact, and a storage bag ( I will use the original box for more security).

I'm blown away by how comfortable the CryoGlow mask is compared to other high end ones I have tried. Like, it's not even comparable. Despite the hard body, this mask is very lightweight. The straps and the way they adjust make finding your perfect fit a breeze. The design is brilliant, and certainly well thought out. I love the built in eye shields and the piece at the top of the forehead. Regarding the forehead piece, like the eye shields, these are made of a softer silicone-esque material, and it keeps the mask from lying flat against your skin. The under eye chill pads work great, and can be used solo or in addition to any routine. So far I have done 5 sessions (32 minutes total) on one initial battery charge, so it looks like the battery is pretty long lasting. The remote itself is pretty cool, too. As you start it up, a short intro video will play and you can set the language and stuff. After that, it's really intuitive and straightforward to use. Speaking of the remote- that is where the charging port is located. It recommends not to use while charging, just fyi. The remote also has a clip, in case you need to walk around while wearing it, which would totally be okay because the eye shields are great and don't allow the light to impede on your vision at all. I attached some photos that will hopefully be helpful for anyone reading. In two of them, I'm actively using the Better Aging routine (one with under eye chill pads on, one without, as indicated by the light.) Then there's a photo from the info booklet that shows the LED parameters, and lastly, a view of the inside of the mask. I have tried other red light devices, and nothing compares to the Shark Mask. I am seeing results of more even skin, smoother lines, and the cooling technique under the eyes has actually tightened the skin around my eyes!! No other mask has the cooling system under the eye area. I absolutely Love this device. My hope is that Shark makes a device for the neck and delicate!. Thank you to the creators of this product!!

I am 72 years old and have always cared well for my skin but I love the sun! And I love Shark products - so I did extensive research and even asked the AI on ChatGPT App on current research to the benefits as this is a lot of money with a lot of promises! All results were very positive. I have NEVER indulged myself on facials or Spa days or manicures etc. SO I thought why not just Blow my pension on treating myself. My only indulgent is buying L'Oreal moisturiser and cleanser. I was feeling really low with my aging face and baggy eyes and thought go for it! I DID NOT EXPECT SUCH GREAT RESULTS SO SOON. The baggy eyes in a couple days really did disappear and the dark marks from poor sleep. Four weeks of use and my skin does look brighter and clearer and the fine lines around my eyes are practically disappeared [confirmed by glasses on too]. Obviously crows feet are still present but not sagging in the same way. I noticed this last week when applying eye make up for a wedding. My eyes are looking more defined again and not as saggy/baggy. The charger is great to keep the mask secure and great for charging it obviously. My routine is at bed time and I love my pre sleep relaxation time. I hate the cold usually but I love the chill effect on my eyes during the process - its really enjoyable - for me. The hand device actually tells you when you need to re-charge - it turns RED. It's never cut out on me because of this prior warning. The hand device is really easy to use. I keep a little microfibre cloth in a bag for wiping it from time to time after sessions and I moisturise after the sessions [when I remember too!]. I really like the feel of my face after the session too - all I can say is my skin feels responsive to the session. It's my total indulgence and I love it and I did take a pre photo and I see a huge difference - no make up and the dark rings, baggy eyes, dull skin is truly renewed. This Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask is like the Tesla of LED face masks. It has so many bells and whistles, but it is lacking one key feature for me. Upon ordering it, I actually thought you could remove the under eye InstaChill pads, but you cannot. They are permanently placed, but they work exceptionally well. This leaves some prime real estate untouched by those lovely LED's. BUT. WAIT! There is a work around... This face mask really rivals others in so many key areas. It is so well fitting, has plenty of LED light chips, three different settings to choose from, depending on your need. and a forehead sensor that keeps the lights from harming your eyes until it is in place. I've been using the Better Aging Treatment routine for quite some time, and have already seen a difference in my skin. I love all things LED light therapy, and though I've seen a difference in my skin, this mask is lacking in an area where I need it the most. I love that I can use the under eye InstaChill pads whenever I'd like, but they get in the way from having all those wonderful LED lights working their magic on my under eye wrinkles. Because the chill pads are not removable, I decided to tweak how I use the mask in order to maximize my results. For the first round, I wear the mask high on my face and do the Better Aging Treatment routine. You may have to hold the forehead sensor, so that the LED's light up properly. Then, I move it way down, and place the lights over my turkey neck/chin, still engaging the sensor. After that, I put the mask on properly, and run it through the routine again. This time, I use the under eye InstaChill pads on low or medium to take advantage of that feature. This routine gives me full coverage, from the top of my head to below my chin, and I only need to do it every other day.

I got this for Christmas so I’ve been using it a few months now and I honestly love it, especially for my puffy eyes it just takes them down so well. I use it when I get up for my eyes and anti aging routine at night. My skin is so much better
